Barre and Body Booking Policy
Advanced Booking Rights
The Company will publish its Class Timetables in advance but are subject to change 1 week before. All Barre and Body clients will be able to book from the first of the month, a maximum of up to eight weeks in advance.
Refunds, No Shows and Late Cancellations
Clients must give a minimum 4 hours cancellation notice in advance of their booked group class start time.
A full refund or class credit will be issued to the Client if the Studio receives due notice.
For class packs, failing to give due notice of cancellation will result in them forfeiting one class credit. There will be strictly no exceptions.
Clients who fail to turn up promptly (within 5 minutes of the start time) for the start of a class will be denied access to the class.
Clients must give a minimum 24 hours cancellation notice in advance of their One-to-One appointment - this includes Private Barre and Pre and Post Natal sessions. Failure to give adequate cancellation notice or not to show up at an appointment will result in the Client forfeiting the full cost of the session or loss of an appointment credit.
Late Payments
I understand that I will be notified if my payment fails to authorise for any reason, and that a £10 late payment fee may apply if I do not provide a valid credit or debit card within 10 calendar days of the original rejection date.
Limitation of Liability
Barre and Body cannot be held responsible for any particular class or private session, instructor and/or item of equipment not being available for whatever reason. The Company reserves the right to make alterations to the class timetable and appointments for private sessions, instructors and/or equipment, as well as to those ancillary facilities (e.g. showers), provided to Clients, without notice and in its absolute discretion and the Company will not be liable for any loss occasioned by such alterations except in so far as such loss is by law incapable of exclusion.
